These are amazing. I've been in so much pain with my knees and elbows it's been worrying me. Started taking these a week ago and it has almost completely resolved the pain and stiffness. I'm actually shocked by how well these worked.

Bit pricey but great product which has improved my 'good' cholesterol. Like that the shell is made from pea starch and not corn starch like some others.

Overall, the capsules are small and easy to swallow. My only concern is that they do have a slight “fishy” taste, which I wasn’t expecting from an algae-based supplement. It’s not overwhelming, but it is noticeable. That said, these should work well if used as a top-up rather than the sole source of omega-3. You can naturally get a good dose from foods like a palm’s worth of walnut halves or a tablespoon of flaxseed, and then take these softgels 2–3 times a week. Used that way, a single pack can last a couple of months, making them more cost-effective too. In short, they’re a convenient supplement for vegetarians and vegans, but with a slight taste issue that’s worth being aware of.

If you're a vegan, these are essential. Flaxseeds alone simply won't provide what the body needs.

Still a short period of time since I ordered it, so I can’t yet comment on the effects. However, it’s easy to drink, has no aftertaste, and overall works well as an addition to my vitamin routine.

Es un producto genial. Su relación calidad/precio es inmejorable. Se traga muy bien y no “repite”. Las perlas tienen un tamaño aceptable. Se ven de una tonalidad rojiza debido a la astanxantina. Son veganas y el llevar este antioxidante natural tan potente es un plus. El frasco es cómodo, con un buen cierre y oscuro, lo cual preserva mejor las perlas. Hay quien toma una perla al día, pero por nuestro modo de vida, es recomendable tomar dos. Me he suscrito y las recibo frecuentemente. Las aconsejo totalmente. Si eres vegetariano, es una gran opción calidad/precio.
