The graphics are painted on the dartboard cabinet.

Does it automatically start the next player or do you have to hit start each time it’s someone else turn?

It will automatically cycle to next player after 10 seconds

What is the difference between the original and tournament?

The difference is the graphic on the front at the bottom of the cabinet.
