Amazing Customer Service
Received product and opened it weeks later. I was not happy with the laptop. The period for returns had elapsed. When I called PC Mart and shared by dissatisfaction, they readily agreed to arrange a pick-up and refund my money. Aaqib at PC Mart was very responsive and supportive. I really was not expecting that level of customer service which I rate as being very high.
