For the money and results. I’m not sure you can do much better. I fast 18 hours a day so that leaves me with lunch and dinner and beyond that it’s just water and no coffee and no beer. I add this into my small daily vitamin intake. Also, I take camping and can stack one or two more if I’m having an aggressive day of hiking, hunting, fishing, flying, or just need a burst. I highly recommend as these things are smooth and won’t upset your stomach and won’t make you go poo.

So far so good. I don't run or bike; but I'm in my 40's so things move slower sometimes. Took of of these with a huge glass of water before mowing the lawn in 85 degrees. I looked like I stole the mower. I was practically jogging behind it. Still had energy left over that carried well in to my push day lifting. I don't drink coffee; so 30mg of caffeine was plenty for me. Been carnivore for over a year. The salt and electros help me stay hydrated when my glucose is hovering around 60 (which is normal for me). Glucose holds 3g of water per 1g of glucose so staying hydrated on a carb free diet is a struggle sometimes (and I don't feel like downing salt water). These are ideal. My only critique is the price. It's just sodium, caffeine, and a few electros. Little steep for something I'm probably going to order several times a month; but, it's cheaper than Powerade and doesn't have sugar.

I have been struggling with hydration during running long miles. I have a hard time digesting and keeping up with fluid due to the fact of my stomach holding all my fluids and fuel. I would vomit after every long run and I always felt terrible. So I turned to these electrolyte capsules and they have completely turned my runs around. I took the pills every 30mins and I didn’t cramp, it gave me energy and I didn’t vomit after my long runs. I will keep these pills with me for every run now! Also my husband did an ultra marathon and ran out of electrolytes. I gave him some pills to take with him and he said he took the pills and it stopped his cramping and helped him finish his ultra 52.4 miles! He even used them after for recovery and he said these Pills are absolutely amazing! Highly recommend!!

I started with the original version of salt sticks without the caffeine which worked great! I decided to try these with the addition of caffeine. During my 5 hour ride yesterday, I took about 8-10 pills to curb leg cramps. My stomach started to act up, similarly to when I drink coffee. Not very pleasant while exhausted and major flatulence for 3 hours after the ride. I recommend this product still but just beware how your body deals with caffeine. I will be buying the regular Salt Sticks and mixing these in to reduce the inverse effects I have with caffeine.

My favorite must have tabs for electrolytes and energy. Automatically takes care of fatigue and sore muscles. At the first sign of cramping, I pop a salt tablet and it removes the cramp immediately. The perk from caffeine is a great addition to the tabs and does help flush toxins quickly!

I take one every morning because the caffeine level is low enough to wake me up but not give me the jitters. It also helps my POTs, and I take the vitassium pills later in the day for the same reason without the caffeine. Easy to swallow.

Excelente producto, en mi último medí maratón rompí récord, no tuve síntomas de deshidratación, no cansancio, terminé fuerte usando 1 cápsula cada 3 minutos (3 en total) sin duda lo recomiendo y lo seguiré usando en entrenamientos largos y competencias. Sólo debo llevarlas en una bolsa pequeña para que no se disuelvan con el sudor.
