You need these, you can’t go wrong! I’ve purchased them for all my shoes, and they’ve made a huge difference. The gel arch inserts provide excellent support for flat feet and help relieve plantar fasciitis pain, while the adhesive backing keeps them securely in place. They’re comfortable, discreet, and fit easily into sneakers, dress shoes, or boots without adding bulk. For the price and the relief, they deliver, these insoles are an absolute must‑have. Bottom line: great support, great comfort, great value, I won’t wear shoes without them.

Love these. I have plantar fasciitis and posterior tibial tendon disfunction, and was looking for a way to get more arch support. I actually stick these right onto my feet (under the sock) and have been re-using the same ones for a few weeks. They are awesome and just the support I need!

Works well, after a little time using them they do seem to shift in your shoes.

These arch supports are a bit more substantial than other brand’s similar versions. They are thicker and they are wider and they do stick pretty well. They stick almost too well; these inserts are pretty gummy. It almost seems lime they used a bit too much deadener in the silicone mix in the filling and not enough encapsulating silicone, the silicone filling has oozed out a bit on the sides and resulted in sticky stuff stuck to the bottom of my feet when I take off my shoes. The size and the shape of these inserts is great but they are so soft that they don’t really have the kind of support that I’m looking for. These inserts came stuck to rectangular pieces of plastic backing which makes placement a bit more difficult than necessary. You can cut the excess off the backing so you can place the insert in your shoe without removing it from the backing but be careful not to cut the insert itself because there are areas where the pocket of softer filling goes right to the edge of the insert. Overall, these inserts would probably be pretty good if they weren’t so gooey/gummy.

So many shoes today have memory foam, but no arch support. I have friends always complaining about their feet hurting, but they only wear shoes with no arch support. These are a simple solution. I actually pull up the insoles, and install the arch supports underneath. They don't show and they make a big difference.

I bought these to put inside sandals or slippers, that would not otherwise be deep enough to hold an entire arch support insole. Thus far, they have adhered well and worked well. I adhered them with masking tape for the first few days, to make sure I had them in the right position, before tracing the outline, and removing the adhesive liner. I need a HIGH arch support, that's what these are. I had asked Alexa to advise me on brands that were thicker. I chose cork so they wouldn't get slippery with sweat, versus the all-silicone models. But note that these are still silicone under the cork surface.

These inserts made a huge difference for me. My arches are collapsing and I suffer various pains as a result — heel and ankle pain, mostly, including from plantar fasciitis. The variety pack includes colors and clear so that they work in any shoe, including sandals. The adhesive is good for a few wears, but eventually wears down. Still, I find that once my foot is in the shoe, they stay exactly where I put them from the pressure of my foot. I keep an extra set in my toiletries kit when I travel. A good purchase for an annoying problem.

These are by far the most effective arch support inserts for me. I had tried other brands, and most of them didn't meet my standard. This one is full and big that fit well under the "arch" area. I only buy this brand now.

My heels and arches were so sore with plantar fasciitis and I hate wearing sneakers all summer ( which only helped some ) - put these in all my sandals and my feet are much better and they are so much h cheaper then buying expensive insoles . Very happy with them

I have very narrow and long feet. Love these arches. I put them in all my shoes and boots. Provides gentle, yet firm support. Perfect!
