Easy to assemble, impossible to operate. Could not see anything through this telescope other than fuzzy images, whether of street lights, earth based objects, the Moon, the planets or stars. I tried to return it for a refund but the return procedure allows only a replacement. What will I do with a replacement that has no hope of working? I WANT TO RETURN THE DISGUSTING THING AND GET MY MONEY BACK.LL. After spending 3 hours trying to contact so called customer service I never was able to reach anyone to talk to. In fact I did not even get the call back phone call the auto response system promised. And at the end of it, the child for whom it was a gift was left disappointed and distraught. frankly, I have no hope of getting satisfaction on this one.

Better than as expected. I recieved the package yesterday and captured moon and vega star using that. After using the telescope it is importing to pack the telescope properly. Don't leave it open or lens will catch the dust. It's best for a beginner space explorer.

Moon (chaand) ke craters aur details bilkul saaf nazar aate hain. Build Quality: Telescope ki body kaafi majboot hai aur setup karne me bhi bahut aasaan hai. Iska tripod kaafi stable rehta hai. Optics: Lens ki quality achchi hai, image sharp aur clear aati hai. Din ke waqt birds ya dur ki building dekhne ke liye bhi ye behtareen hai. Portable: Ise carry karna aasaan hai, toh aap ise kisi hill station ya terrace par easily le ja sakte hain. Final Verdict: Is price point par ye ek shandaar product hai. Agar aap apne bacho ko gift dena chahte hain ya khud sky gazing shuru karna chahte hain, toh bina soche ise le sakte hain. Highly recommended! Buying a telescope is a bad idea if you think you can see whatever, you are wrong better buy a latest Samsung phone which can zoom more than its lens also without lens it can only do a maximum of 10 times zoom which is less than an average phone camera zoom. I'm not stoping you from buying telescope but this telescope you are looking you won't find it online, even with a 50 thousand INR you won't be able to observe outer space. The lens of this item is absolutely broken it won't make it clear no matter what so name it 5x zoom zezuka or whatever telescope because without proper lens it is broken, they won't even refund so don't buy. I didn't listen to other reviews but now I think I should have listen to them

It's not worth your money. Kids won't learn anything using this. In fact, they might end up hating astronomy after squinting and straining their precious eyes over these useless lenses and eyepieces. Moon lens is completely unnecessary. I actually received the product a second time as the first one had no moon lens. Second one had it but I couldn't try the telescope at night as the rainy season kept the sky covered. By the time I got to try it, my return date had passed and found out you see three objects at night! Daytime viewing of a faraway structure, sat a tower, is fine. Not happy with the substandard product or the quality standards. Might update rating if I ever use it again.
