This was a very pleasant surprise. It is beautiful and you would never know it is an ashtray so it can sit anywhere. The lid slides up and down and the tray can easily be removed to empty and clean. Perfect. Highly recommend

bought this for the house and its so cute. The only issue is trying to keep track of the dish because its removable and can sometimes slip out. Other than that it works well for what its intended to do.

This Ashtray is the type of simple item that makes people wonder if you have traveled the world and this is one of the trinkets you got from visiting the middle east. Everybody who visits asks about it, since its not obviously an ashtray, and when I demonstrate it, everybody thinks it's a nifty thing. I like that its made out of metal, the design and gold details are beautiful. It keeps the smell of cold ashes inside, so there is no need to immediately clean it.

Color is weird in my photo due to low light but it’s as promised from the product image. This is my favorite ash tray I’ve ever had. I had my first one for a few years and once I cleaned it a million times the gold started rubbing off. NEVER use alcohol to clean this, use a magic eraser, it works perfectly. But truly, this is the most talked about item when people come over because they can’t believe how pretty it is and that it’s an ash tray. Also I have the top off right now because I’m cleaning it but this is a great purchase. Highly recommended. 10/10

I don't know how they do it for the price but this is a beautiful ashtray that keeps ash and butts hidden and out of the wind. If you insist on still smoking this ashtray helps you keep it to yourself.
