you should have that option. In Dell you push f12 to access boot bios menu. Every brand has a different F function key that allows you to access boot bios

Does it work with acer aspire 7750z blank hard drives? does it require a windows 7 product key code?

Didn't work for my old laptop. I select boot from CD option, and the CDROM fires up, I hear the drive working, Windows starts to load, then it goes to a black screen with a mouse, and nothing more. So disappointed. I really wanted this to work. Maybe I can return it.

Finally up and running.

Before getting this DVD, I had no access to my computer. I wasn't able to repair, but was able to reinstall and keep my old files. I have to take a star off, as I had to purchase other DVDs in order to get the drivers to get online.
