Module does not boot.
Product does not work for iPod Classic 6th Gen using: - 2x SanDisk U1 microSDXC 64GB cards - 1x SanDisk U1 microSDXC 64GB card (in slot CH1) - 2x Lexar U3 microSDXC 64GB cards - 1x Lexar U3 microSDXC 64GB card (in slot CH1) - 1x NexxTech microSDHC 8GB card (in slot CH1) Tried formatting the cards in FAT32, ExFAT, and NTFS (default for the manufacturers) and this storage module will not read the cards. The iPod is unable to boot into disk mode/recovery mode using this microSD storage module. Also, the product received was not the product pictured.

Funcionó excelente p/ iPod Classic 6ta Gen
Funcionó perfectamente para un ipod Classic de 6ta Generación. Los materiales se ven de muy buena calidad. Anteriormente compre otra pero se veia de baja calidad y a parte no funcionó, la tuve que devolver. Y fue que pedi esta y quedé muy complacido con los resultados. Nota: Solo verifiquen que microSD es la que tiene que comprar, no todas funcionan. Verifiquen la documentación de iFlash.

Works great (a few caveats)!
Format your new non-Sandisk microSD card for exFat first on your computer. Eject. Use Slot1 if you’re using a single micro sd card. The slots slide open before you place the new micro sd card inside, lining up the slot with the edge indents. Use the new ribbon cable that comes with it and don’t try to use the old ribbon cable like I did and bang your head against a wall for an hour trying to fix a problem that you created. When you’re done, temporarily connect things back up with a new battery. Before closing up the case carefully connect it to your computer WITH iTunes already running. It will prompt you to restore. Do the restore. It should only take around 10 minutes to get the basic iPod software loaded back to the iPod. If it goes longer, disconnect and restart your Mac / pc. Try again and it should finish. Transfer your library. Done!

Excellent Upgrade
Not only did this upgrade my Gen 5.5 Video from a 80GB to 256GB, it also provided plenty of room for a battery upgrade and or Bluetooth upgrade. Using two Samsung 128GB MSD's formatted for xFat, the installation was simple and quick. An increase in speed and battery life makes this an excellent upgrade. As it is priced similar to other SS disk cards the added room from the smaller form factor makes this an excellent value. (NOTE... the MSD slots are not the slide in type. The covers slide to lock/unlock flipping up and allow the MSD to be dropped in. Read the other reviews regarding this for a greater understanding.) Overall a quick, easy and affordable upgrade bringing new life to my old iPod. Seriously considering the Bluetooth upgrade.
