Hi what size is recommended size 14/16

They are true to size... Got some give in them. I cant remember the options, im a size 10/12 i got the meduim ones. Hope this helps, the material is thin.

What about sizes 16 and 18 the description suggests it jumps from a size 14 to a 20?
