This is a great detox shampoo. I use this when I need to shampoo to cleanse my hair of chlorine, well water, smoke, pollution or any other toxins. Great to use after vacationing where the water may be sub par. It does contain baking soda so it will strip your hair of some natural oils as well If you color your hair. I use it once every 2 weeks and it's perfect!

It looked a little thin (consistency-wise) when I used it the other day. I barely smelled molasses, more like pancake syrup. No baking soda granules whatsoever in my bottle. It did clean my hair - but so does every other shampoo in the world. I will update y'all on whether it "cleaned out the toxins" when I get results from my hair follicle test. Understand that I will not only be using this shampoo but a combination of methods to remove toxins from hair. UPDATE: Works, cleans when used as a prerequisite to Ultra Clean in the weeks leading up to test.

Smaller bottle that used to and a little more watery. Smells the same but very thin consistency.

This Abba detox shampoo still has the incredible smell of sweet molasses. The formula is thick and soaps well in the shower. I only use this about once a month to remove buildup. Also, it’s a nice treatment a few days before an event. I love the soft smell that lingers, but most of all this shampoo leaves my hair fully clean and almost like I was 17 again before styling had taken a tole. I have medium to long processed hair, that is thin but full, with wavy texture. Abba changed some formulas years ago, but this restore shampoo is the same. Love this product.

I used this product in my early 20s and loved it. I decided to start using it again because I am using a heavier hairspray and need the detox weekly. It arrived fairly quickly however, is not in the same bottle as pictured. I was able to look past this since I needed to cleanse my hair! It is slightly runnier than I remember but smells the same. I only needed a little less than a quarter size amount to get a good lather. I have short hair so if you have longer hair I’d suggest using a lager amount. After washing and drying my hair, it felt soft and clean so did it’s job. I say if you can look past the fact it’s not in the bottle shown you’ll like the product. I also remember there being a conditioner that goes along with the shampoo because it can dry your hair out but was not able to find any on Amazon.

Si buscas un Shampoo detox suave, delicado y nada abrasivo esté es tu Shampoo. A mí por el contrario me gusta esa sensación de limpieza fuerte y que se sienta el cabello rechinando de limpio así que lo estoy combinando con un Exfoliante capilar.

The bottle seal was broken, half full with shampoo crust around the edges, gross. Asking for a refund buyer beware.
