I have used this protein powder almost every morning for 25 years! My Dr recommended it when I was pregnant with my daughter for more protein and I love the taste! Easy to mix with fruit, water , milk or yogurt. I add fruit yogurt & nuts to get my daily vitamins. Great for breakfast on the run too! Works best with a NutraBullet blender.

This is our favorite protein powder. It has such a great flavor and it makes us feel good!

Spirutein is the best. It’s been a staple for, wow, longer than I’m going to admit. I mix half water and half juice (or milk) and if I rinse the lid right before shaking there is hardly any clumping. Sounds silly, right? I prefer it to sit for a while - over night or for a few hours. It gets fluffier over time. If it seems gritty leave it over night. If it’s too thick add water and drink sooner after mixing. Vanilla in milk, vanilla in OJ, choc in milk. Choc in milk with espresso. I am so so so so grateful for the regular sweetness with no aftertastes.

We have been using this product for over 3 years and found the consistency and quality to be great. Tastes better than a lot of other protein powders, but you still have to add your own flavorings to it.

I have been using this stuff for about 30 years. It's great for a protein supplement especially since it contains spirulina. You will get all kinds of energy. And it comes in many flavors.

Been using it for years great product. Although they used to sell a 5 lb container but quit I guess, but it's more cost effective on amazon compared to a healthful store. It's also high quality. And contains lots of vitamins and minerals and other healthy ingredients.

Love this protein powder! It’s the tastiest I’ve found. Not too sweet. Doesn’t leave a horrid taste in your mouth. Mixes well (I use the Nutribullet). I’ve tried it with both water and almond milk and it works with either. It’s a great healthy protein powder. I avoid dairy as it aggregates my hormones so this is perfect. My favourite smoothie is using this, a banana, spoonful of almond butter, spoonful of cacao powder and almond milk and honestly it makes the most delicious smoothie ever!

J'ai l'habitude de cette protéine. ..je l'ai commander avec cette acheteur car elle était moins cher . J'ai reçu la boîte de protéines sans couvercle...heureusement qu'il y a une protection en aluminium avant mais pour la suite après ouverture c'est pas top pour la conservation . Et je trouve que la protéine n'a pas le même goût que habituellement. Je ne commanderai plus chez cette acheteur .

Excellent product for anyone wanting a meal substitute. Very nutritious. I suggest you don't buy the sugar free one. The vanilla flavour is good, mix with 8oz of very cold fully skimmed milk and whisk, drink fairly soon, don't let it stand or it goes thick.

Due to an illness I have to have a high protein diet. This product was recommended to me and it is brilliant. I know some people have complained about the taste but it was not a problem for me, plus my teenage daughter has started having too & she usually hates drinks like this, so it can't taste that bad. I would recommend this product to everyone.
