Do they roll up on the legs or stay put?

They don’t roll up but they rise just a bit but not in an annoying way.

What number size is s, m, l etc? which size would fit size 7?

My son is a size 8-10 and I got him the large. When he was a 7 I did a medium and it seemed to be perfect but he grew out almost immediately!

How big is large? (For a 13 year old)

My son is 13 yrs old, 5'0" and 92 lbs. Large is a good fit but a bit snug. We went with XL and they fit pretty good. There is a little room for growth but they are not sloppy & loose.
