I love this product, it's super clean and from what I understand easily absorbable by the body. Doesn't really taste like anything. I often feel a little surge of energy when I take a full dose in the morning with water. In my opinion, this is an excellent way to help your body is getting all it's nutritional needs met in a world of depleted soil nutrients!

I buy the minerals on subscribe and save because I believe I need minerals to thrive. Get yourself some. A bottle for $10-12 ish is very worth it. I can't taste it in my water. A capful is 1 tablespoon, which is the dose.

Read that our soil is so depleted, so how can plants provide us the nutrients we need? Fiber, yes, minerals and vitamins, maybe not so much. Hedge your bets and take a small amount of these liquid minerals and be more certain.

I have been using this multi mineral for 6 months already. I add a teaspoon to my kids water bottle and tablespoon to mine. I love the tasteless flavor so I have no complaints about “it tastes funny”. Highly recommend
