At 74 and with typical aches and pains of a woman that age, I was feeling a bit rundown and thought that this might give me a little bit of a boost. Since it’s all natural, I wasn’t worried about ingesting something harmful. I got the cherry pomegranate flavor and it’s delightful. I usually only use half a packet and even add a little bit of natural lemon juice and then water to taste. I don’t think it was my imagination, but I felt the difference immediately. Just felt better somehow. Really like this product and have it on auto ship so I don’t run out.

This stuff is awesome. The most processed ingredient in the stuff is organic stevia extract, dissolves excellent and fast. Not sure on how it actually accelerates hydration with no salt other than it tastes great which promotes me to drink this over soda. First ingredient is magnesium, 3rd is potassium. The second is malic acid, which is supposed to do scientific stuff to make a salts but i dint know much about that. I use 1.5 sticks fir 22oz mix

Better than average flavor. Still a little pricey, though. Can't seem to find larger packaging like other flavors (e.g. orange, for example).
