Highly recommended
I have rosacea and suffer from dry eye because of demodex mites. Iโve tried different tea tree wipes but they all eventually caused my eyelids to become very sore.and irritated. I decided to try this stay on solution. The first application did cause burning but I quickly realized it was because my eyelids were just so irritated and raw from the wipes and โ gentleโ scrubbing. But I finally hit on a process which is really working for me. You need a few more things besides the Cliradex foam: I bought a pack of Amazon Essential white towels and purchased Ovante Face and Eye wash for demodex. Hereโs why. It takes 5-6 weeks to eliminate or significantly reduce the mites. Itโs a long time and you have to stick with it without throughly irritating your eyelids. Iโm 2 weeks in and I already see a reduction in my eyes watering and MUCH less mite debris and irritation. So hereโs my process - stop scrubbing your eyelids for at least 3 days and let them heal up. -use Ovante Face wash in the morning and night before bed - on the third day morning use the Ovante face wash. After you dry your face use Cliradex on the lids- just gently rub the solution in. I had no more burning. - At night before bed wash with Ovante again. Make sure to wash your whole face especially eyebrows because the mites live there too - I use a clean face towel each day so that Iโm not transferring mites back to my face. - do this for 6 weeks. Iโm already seeing a difference Good luck and I hope this works for you

Easy to apply
very good product that is easy to use and apply. Press lightly though to get just the right amount on your clean fingers...this may take a few tries. Keeping your eyes firmly closed, product is moist and smooth upon appliation. May tingle a bit at first but this goes away after drying.

It really works! Just suck it up and use it!
Ok guys, to all of you who have been saying it stings. Yes, it's true. For me, the pain when applying the first 3 days or so was unbearable so I washed it off immediately afterwards with water. But the reason for chronic blepharitis are demodex mites, and you HAVE to kill them off in order for your skin to get better. Otherwise they will keep eating your face alive and your eyes will always be sore! So get ready for at least a week of intense burning during application - it only lasts 15-20 seconds anyway. THE ONLY REASON IT HURTS SO MUCH IS BECAUSE YOUR SKIN AROUND THE EYES IS FULL WITH TINY INJURIES FROM MITE BURIAL SITES AND BITES! And the only way to get rid of them, yes, is to kill them, by applying this every morning and especially at night (that's when they come out of the pores to mate). After about a 10 days of using this product, I suddenly realized something. Hey, it doesn't even sting anymore! What the...? Sure enough, my skin around the eyes finally got a break from those effing mites and started to repair itself. It is no longer sore and the product no longer stings. Not one bit! I have to say in the beginning, when my eyes were super sore, I also applied a panthenol gel for sensitive skin all over my eyelids and in the corners as well. Those were especially sore. I'm sure this helped heal my skin faster. But even if you don't do that, just be patient, keep on with your regime, use this and maybe even their wipes (which I think are easier to use, but more expensive). It's a process. You won't get better overnight. In fact, demodex go through 14-18 days life cycles, and the eggs can't be killed. So doctors recommend to use this for at least 4 months total to eliminate every trace of demodex around your eyes, even if you get better after just 2 weeks. After 4 months, just a maintenance treatment once a week or so will be enough to keep them at bay. I hope I could help someone else stick with the routine by reading this. At first I was scared to continue using it, because our bodies are trained to recognize anything that induces pain as something that is bad for us. But in this case, it really is worth it!

DISPENSING A SMALL AMOUNT IS CHALLENGING
Iโve used the Cliradex wipes and love them; instant relief. Tried this foam today, not as strong which is fine and it was almost impossible for me to push the top down to dispense. Directions say to use a dime size but i had to push down so hard to budge the top a fifty cent sized (and two quarters) puddle was on the counter. I had to use both hands to dispense! I have arthritis and probably not enough patience. So next time I know to aim it into a Tupperware because at this price itโs worth a try to save. Probably never purchase again but i do love the eyelid wipes. If dispensing was easier I would give it another star.

Cliradex Works To Clear The Decks.
Bought this to get rid of Demodex mites which were irritating my eyes something fierce (lids especially). One application brought immediate improvement. Simple to apply too. I'm on the second day of use and I think it cleared them out and my eyes are just about back to normal. One note though, this stuff is has a pretty strong menthol like smell and makes your eyes tingle. And I mean REALLY tingle to where its not comfortable. But that dissipates in a few minutes. It's the terpinol, the active ingredient that causes this and that's derived from Tea Tree oil. But that's what kills the mites so the tingle is a small price to pay for immediate relief and subsequent eradication. Will always have some on hand in case of a recurrence. For anyone tempted to buy the wipes I think its a better value to buy the foam. Once applied with the finger tips it turns liquid in seconds. Then after rubbing it in somewhat, you let it dry which gives you long lasting protection during the night.

Dangerous, can cause painful, lasting skin burns
I'm really disappointed that I can't be refunded for this product. I followed all directions, and it burned my skin raw withing seconds, I washed it off quickly, yet the residual burn continues, and my skin is beet red all around my eyes. This is clearly a dangerous product for some people, and it is anything but 'gentle'. the potent fumes should have been my first warning not to apply, but trusting their words that it is a 'gentle' product, I proceeded to apply, and was chemically burned. Please use with caution, use next to the sink in case you need to wash it off quickly. I cannot imagine this being a safe product for anyone with the chemical burn potential, that I experienced first hand. $32 for a 1.5 ounce of product marketed as safe and of all things 'gentle'. I would not recommend this product, it is dangerous. It is expensive and not returnable.

Perfect for blepharis and dry eyes. Cleans sticky eyelids from eyedrop use.
I like this foam better than the wipes by the same company. The foam does not sting. The wipes are stronger and sting my eyelids. This is perfect.

The best Eyelid cleanser
I recommend, this is very effective, it's cooling and soothing; I use it when dust and dander is high.
