Very bad product and vendor. From day one it's not working, sameday requested for replacement that's not delivered for four days with stating delivery delayed and after requesting refund no response no refund no replacement.

Voice needs to be activated every time your switch on your tv
Plz do something we spend so much money for the voice, and the voice gets deactivated every time we switch off tv.

Speaker button not working
Worked great for 2 months. It DOES REQUIRE SETUP. Even after setup, u have to redo setup often. And then finally speaker button is stuck inside.

Pathetic! Paid for an original remote but got a duplicate of worst quality.
I received a duplicate while the Amazon claimed it to be a original. Duplicate is available for 100 or 200 but I paid around 2500/- Repeatedly I am seeing that the online items have very poor quality.
