About 6 cups per box, thats 3 meals for 2 people of 8-3 inch pancakes per person if thats all you ate. Great tasting, filling. Better then cereal. Just add water makes these super easy to make. Makes camping breakfast easy too.

I use this mix with organic non-sweetened coconut to make easy coconut pancakes. This is easy to use and takes no effort or time at all. I even added applesauce once. or the price, a quick and easy breakfast.
