2-3 tablespoons daily I have taken for several years. It is wonderful!

How many servings is there??

It contains about 33 ounces per container which is about 4 servings per container. I drink about 4 ounces in the morning and 4 ounces before going to bed.

My brother, a retired doctor, has taken Aloe Berry Nectar for many years and says it helps him greatly. I also love it. I take 2-3 tablespoons twice daily, morning and before bed.

I checked my bottle and I don't believe this product is organic. My brother, a retired doctor who believes strongly in alternative healing, recommended it for a friend who was in her 80's with a digestive/intestinal issue that she was unable to get taken care of on doctor visits. She told me it worked well for her and she was doing much better. I also started taking it around same time (4 years ago) and found I loved it! It got rid of any upset stomach which I often had before bedtime. I take it almost daily with liquid minerals and feel better. I notice when I skip a day of taking the Aloe Berry Nectar, I don't feel as good. My brother also told me it has much more actual Aloe juice in container than most over the counter Aloe juice. If you are not overly concerned about it being organic, I would give it a try and see if you feel better taking it. I always have a back-up bottle because I really do love this product. I hope this helps!

Health benefits of drinking aloe.

This is a wonderful product. I use it to maintain basic good health. However, i always order the berry nectar because of its great taste.This time I was sent the wrong aloe flavor. I order the berry flavor because of the prevention capability of the cranberry base. While the regular aloe is excellent for good health and maintanence, i uaually prefer the berry nectar.
