Not great at heating the water, also one of the fittings failed straight out of the box

Dangerous
This was a temporary solution to replace a unvented under sink water heater which split and leaked everywhere. As working in commercial building maintenance it was easy for me to fit but at first leaked at the joints. This is not a good product, the pressure is bad, just dribbles out, Electrically the main issue is it melts the 16Amp switched fused spur and the cable super heats. I would recommend to avoid buying this product.

The quality is rubbish
I bought this a month ago, and it stopped working after a month. Now I have to hire electrician again to remove it, send to the seller, and then asking the electrician again to come and install it. Which will costs me two times more. Hence decided to write a review

100% Do Not Buy From this seller
I Brought a water heater from these had it installed but does not work at all. I messaged the seller trying to get a replacement or a refund but no reply. Please do not waste your money.
