Do these socks go over the ankle?

Yes, they go just over the ankle.

Are these socks ease to put on with one hand?

Due to the close weave of the sock, it takes me two hands to start it over my toes. Once it gets to my arch I use one hand to finish. They are very nice and comfortable socks. They are quite snug so I do not recommend sleeping in them.

I have ball foot pain while running on treadmill. Is this thick enough in the ball area of the foot ??

This sock is of normal thickness, but has Heavy Cushion on the sole of the foot.Perhaps it can reduce the pain.

Do these last after several washings, Do they get holes through the bottom ?

The durability of the socks I purchased is great. No holes and not losing shape. My socks have been washed at least 10 times.
