The faucet was defective and returned
We had to return the faucet because after installing it no water would come out. I really liked the way it looked but had to go elsewhere because I couldn't wait to get a replacement

Gorgeous faucet and fantastic operation for large cooking pots. Easy to install (surprisingly)
Our old faucet wasn't terrible, I'll admit. We donated it afterwards. It was terrible for trying to fill large pots for pasta. It was scratched up pretty bad from trying to watch dishes and other things. Tough to work with. So, we got this new faucet. First, we found out that whoever put the old faucet in has turned those annoying plastic nuts the wrong way, so that was a ton of fun to get out. However, we found out by reading all the instructions ahead of time (that always helps) that we would never have to deal with those plastic nuts ever again. You can see how long the tubes are for this thing in the 2nd and 3rd photos. It arrived in a very large box. I was shocked by that. It was so easy to install, neither of us could believe it. We even have a water filter we attached to it. You can see we took photos of the drain pipes ahead of time because it was just easier taking those out and taking off the one for the disposal to get in there better. By the time we finished, we not only had a sprayer that doesn't do that annoying thing where the hose gets all caught up in everything under the sink and has to be yanked on to get it to come out. We also found out this one has a weight you put around the hose to make it easily slide back down. It comes with a plate to install it on top of so you don't have to worry if you have two holes in your countertop from your old faucet system. It covers that up really well. It also comes with a soap dispenser to replace that hole you had for your sprayer. You don't have to use the cover plate if you already have only one hole drilled for your new faucet. Best instructions I've ever read on a home improvement project. Fantastic faucet. It only has one handle for both hot and cold. Fantastic buy.

Elegant and Super Simple to Install …
The PFISTER ROSSLYN KITCHEN FAUCET (chrome) served as an upgrade to an existing kitchen faucet. This faucet added a degree of sophistication and modern convenience to rejuvenate our kitchen. The biggest bonus, however, was how simple the unit was to install.WHAT YOU GETAll parts of this faucet are conveniently packaged in an organized manner with everything nestled in its designated space within the box. The methodical packaging ensures that the hardware, hoses and faucet components don’t contact each other and cause scratches/damage. This unit can be installed in most standard kitchen sinks. There is a baseplate to cover sinks with multiple cutaways for hot/cold holes. Additionally, this faucet unit includes a soap dispenser. The instruction manual is clear and easy to understand. Everything you need to install the faucet comes in the box.INSTALLATION AND USEHonestly, I was dreading the installation process and probably had it in my head that the deed was a lot more difficult than it would be. Looking back, I can say that the biggest chore wasn’t the installation of the new faucet but uninstalling the old faucet that had been in place for 18 years. In fact, it took about 45 minutes to remove the old faucet and only 15 minutes to put the PFISTER faucet in place and start using. The instructions were quite easy to follow, and all faucet parts fit in place with ease. Probably the most difficult aspect of the entire installation process was wedging in the sink cabinet and working around the disposal unit to tighten everything. Installing this faucet was probably the easiest kitchen upgrade I’ve ever experienced. No problems were encountered, and everything snapped in place with ease … high quality components. The features of this faucet really shine. First, the swan-like faucet shape creates a nice gap between the faucet and the sink bottom that makes washing large pots/pans easier … more room to work. The integrated on/off/hot/cold lever operates super smoothly and can be accessed/operated even when your hands are full (just be extending your fingers). When installing the faucet, you can have the lever positioned on the front back or sides … whatever position is convenient for you.The spray hose head connects to the faucet with a powerful magnet that generates a satisfying “click” when the head connects to the faucet. The hose is very solid and has a hefty magnet that allows the hose to retract with the nozzle facing down when you let go. The nozzle has a spray option button that is easy to operate. The nozzle is fluted and easy to hold. The hose length is generous and allows you cover the entire sink from many angles. My old faucet did not have a soap dispenser, but the sink had a plug for such a dispenser. I never cared about this feature because I’d never had it before, but I was quite surprised how convenient this feature was. The soap dispenser is designed for convenience and simplicity. The soap container attaches underneath, and the pump just rests on the top of the sink and does not need to be screwed in place. This makes soap refills super easy … just lift the pump, add soap and drop the pump back in place. The dispenser pump stays in place, but swivels smoothly and allows easy one hand use.Overall, I was extremely impressed with every facet of the PFISTER ROSSLYN FAUCET. From the attractive/elegant design and convenient functionality to the ease of installation, I can’t find any fault with this faucet … it looks and works perfectly.

A Great Kitchen Faucet
I just installed this faucet a couple days ago, and I’m really happy with it. It comes with the faucet and soap pump. Air gap is not included. The chrome faucet actually looks really nice with my black silgranit sink and concrete countertops. The on/off handle pulls out to the side to turn on; straight up for cold water, towards you for hot water. A button on the end of the faucet head controls if you want the water to come out like a fountain or a shower. It defaults to the fountain mode every time you turn on the faucet, and whenever you don’t have the water on strong enough.I have the weight attached to the hose under the sink, so I can detach the end of the faucet to spray dishes at different angles. Then when I let go the weight quickly and firmly pulls the faucet head all the way back into place. I might take the weight off so I can have a little more control over when I want to put it up or down. The instructions were fairly simple to follow. Any difficulties I had were a result of limited working space under the sink. In fact, I haven’t been able to attach the soap bottle yet because there is a piece of wood on my wall under the sink that gets in the way. I’m going to have to put a big bottle of dish soap under my sink with a long tube all the way to the soap dispenser installed by the faucet. I do like that the soap dispenser is supposed to work just by pressing the front of it, rather than the back. It’s much more child-friendly, which is necessary when trying to get your kids to wash their own dishes.I have no complaints whatsoever. I love how it looks. I love how it works.

Quality faucet. Lifetime warranty.
Pfister is the fifth largest U.S. manufacturer of faucets behind Delta, Moen, Kohler and American Standard. Once known as Price-Pfister, the company has gone through several owners since the 1980s and is now owned by Spectrum Brands (formerly Ray-O-Vac) which bought Pfister from Stanley Black and Decker in 2012. Under Spectrum, Pfister has seen steady growth in quality and sales. The company's faucets are similar in build quality to those of the other top five U.S. manufacturers. And this is a beautiful faucet from Pfister. Build quality is superb with full Pex from valve to supply valve. The finish, is a shiny chrome that looks well made. The spray end of the faucet is metal, not plastic and it retracts smoothly into the faucet spout, held securely in place by an effective magnet. The faucet comes with an in-counter soap dispenser that is solidly made from the same chromed finish as the faucet itself and covered by the lifetime warranty as well. I'm not big on in-counter dispensers, but it's included for the price. Also included at no extra cost is an escutcheon, or mounting plate, to cover a three hole sink base or countertop if your kitchen currently has a three-hole setup and you're not replacing it. This also is typically an extra-cost item with other manufacturers.Heavy, solid and attractive. This is a quality faucet from Pfister.Pfister's warranty is a lifetime limited warranty like those of other the top manufacturers. Reviews suggest Pfister has less responsive customer service than other top manufacturers. BUT, this is not as bad as it sounds; what people complain about is not warranty service where they need new parts. Parts are shipped and warranties are honored. The problem is contracted overseas call centers where there is no knowledge of the product beyond the parts lists and the ability to send a part. Knowing what the problem is and giving advice on issues seems to be the primary complaint.
