Works so far...
Purchased to get through a wall. Works as intended at about 12' and a couple cat6 keystone jacks, so far... I will eventually be pushing it's stated ~66' distance limit at some point - as I intend to move the servers and KVM to the opposite wall in my garage. I'll try to remember to post my outcome whenever that takes place.

Works really well
Needed to relocate the monitor for the NVR. This worked really well. I was able to connect both ends to CAT6 ethernet and relocated the monitor away from the NVR upstairs without having to pull all the camera inputs. Highly recommend it.
