Best form of b12, not cyanide or methylated
Fantastic b-12 supplement, should be in every multivitamin. Seriously, What are vitamin companies thinking defaulting to either a cyanide version of b-12, or a methylated version (which can make a lot of people over-methylate)? Enter Hydroxo B12. A natural form that’s safe for everyone. Thank goodness Seeking Health is around.

Great flavor!
Recommended by my doctor. Flavor is good and doesn’t have a vitamin taste to it. Happy so far with results.

Great easy melt in mouth sublingual b12 tastes great and good for energy

Works well for those who can have corn.
Pluses and minuses. A big plus is no mag stearate lubricant coating on the powder particles - so it's pure, and is supposed to get absorbed well. Hydroxy B-12 is a hard to find form of this vitamin. My family member and I are people who can't take methyl form of this vitamin and my family member really likes it. . I personally have an allergy to corn, so any cross-contamination or derivative makes me sick, so does this product. Sadly for the corn-allergic community I'm a member of - none of more then 2000 members have found a corn-free version of this vitamin, which is desperately needed by many. My family member, on the other hand, seems to tolerate it well and enjoys the benefits of it fully, they find it very effective and feel good while taking it. I am giving it 5 stars based only on my family member's opinion - they insisted that the product deserves it. It's tragic for people with health issues like mine, that nobody has come up with a product that is truly universal and has none of those unnecessary additives to enhance flavor/aroma/etc - I see that there's a huge market for that level of "purity"...
