Withstood the energized forces of ~100 x 5yr-to-13yr old kids playing Parachute Popcorn!
We had a large spiritual summit, and we were responsible for 1 hour of indoor sports activities for the young ones. So we decided to do the parachute game by using 2 of these parachutes as well as 5-to-7 inch knobby balls (about 25 of them for each parachute)—and we added a twist to the “popcorn parachute” game...making it into a fun game with a spiritual message. We would first start off with them getting used to the parachute by holding either the handles if they were very young (or on both sides of the handles if they were a bit older or ‘more energized’ children) and create gentle waves on the parachute with a fun story about how hot it was and for them to cool off this way; then we had them create giant waves in synchrony; then a giant mushroom where they poofed it up with air after a giant wave and just sit outside the parachute touching the edges to the ground, and finally we had them get up and repeat the same games but we would throw the knobby balls on top of the parachute (kind of like popcorn parachute)— and at some point we would yell “volcano” when there were like 15-20 balls on the parachute, and have them pull down hard on the parachute to create a mushroom like before...but since the balls were on there it would look like a volcano exploding — and directed them to get inside the mushroom as soon as they can together to avoid getting hit by the exploding balls. At the very end, we had a quick 10-min. huddle where we discussed the key spiritual message of them being at such a young age, and how important it is to keep good company and listen to the advice given by more experienced members of the Mission/our elders to avoid some of the bad things that may come at them in life (relating it back to the balls falling on them when we yelled “volcano”). We also had them speak about their thoughts and what they learned—it was amazing & refreshing what we heard from them at such a young age. All in all, it turned out to be a really fun time for the kids and us too, and the parachutes withheld the force of ~100 different energized kids rotating in and out of this game, ranging in ages of 5-13. At the very end, we used the various knobby balls for a quick game of all-out dodgeball — boys versus girls...50 on 50, it was great!

Family FUN!
Nice quality for home use. because I had such fond memories from childhood playing with a parachute in PEI bought this for our grandson's 3rd birthday. On that day, there were 17 of us ranging in age from 3 to 64 years old, 8 kids and 9 adults. For over 30 minutes we took turns playing made up games with the parachute. It was such a great intergenerational experience! Even our dog participated by running under the parachute numerous times. I highly recommend this for quality family time.

Amazing parachute
Used it for a party with a bunch of adults. Definitely better for children as it tore in quite a few places after a couple hours of use with adults. Obviously I'm not going to fault the makers as it was made for children. Despite that fact though it was much bigger than I expected! And for the time it wasnt torn it was very very fun and worth the money!

Excellent Parachute in Bad Bag
This parachute is wonderful-- just what I was looking for to make my mommy & me class a bit more socially distanced indoors (my 20 fot 'chute) is just too big). The only bummer is, that the bag provided is much too small. Obviously it's made small as possible to make these packed down for shipping, but you'll never get it back in again without ripping the bag. I tried and it ripped the first time. Not so much a problem with stitching as it is with the bag simply being too small to use beyond original packaging. I'll just have to purchase a stuff sack like for a sleeping bag.

Well made
I bought this for small kids 18 months to 3 years old) but my 9 and 11 year old love it too! The colors are vibrant. Stitching on color pieces and handles are secure. I love that it comes in a small pouch so it's easy to pack away. The material is easy to wipe clean. I would but it again!

Toddler Giggles Ensue
I got this as a Peekaboo Themed Photo Shoot Prop for my son's First Birthday party. I was looking for something that we'd use at the party that also doubled as a toy he could play with for ages to come. While those one time use props on sticks for photos are really cute... I really don't see them holding up to a toddler for very long. This parachute fit the bill, and my husband is excited that the colors are so bright and vivid, it should really make for some great photos with family and friends.Of course we had to open and play with it as soon as we got it.So far son loves his parachute... he's too young to really manipulate it, but his father and I flap it over him and he just giggles to stitches. It's also fun for playing peekaboo with both him and with his toys. We all enjoy it at home. While Puppy is hiding under the parachute, I was even able to incorporate the parachute bag into our sorting time activities. We'll see how it goes after his Birthday Party with folks from ages 1-92 playing with it...

Best value for money. Sturdy enough and a good size for preK kids.
Bought for VBS and have also used this for parachute games with preK kids. Perfect and has so far been sturdy enough for prek/elementary aged kids. The bag ripped though, and it is a VERY tight fit in the bag that it comes in so a pain to try to fold back up and stuff back inside. I ended up just using a different bag.

PE for third grade
I bought for PE games with my class, works decently enough but one of the handles ripped on the first use, so that was disappointing.
