Fleet Laxative Saline Extra Enema for Adult Constipation, 7.8 oz, 3-Pack

Amazing. My first time using this but I've got IBS, Fibromygalia, GERD and perimenopausal bloat with constipation and I was desperate for relief. This is incredibly fast acting, effective and gentle in comparison to many of the oral laxatives I've used in the past. Now, before this arrived I got some great relief from peppermint capsules I'd taken the day before, and although I still felt bunged up I didn't think there would be much left to flush out. Oh, how wrong I was. I opted to lie on my left side with my knees raised. No bother inserting, it wasn't painful and it was easy to squeeze that bottle to get as much of the fluid in as possible. It isn't necessary to get every last drop. I had to squeeze my hum bole when taking it out as I was a bit scared of an involuntary movement but all was ok. So, I lay on my bathroom floor and thought this is a waste. There's nothing to clear out. No cramping, just some gurgling then about 5 mins in I was like "ooh, I need the toilet" but not in a panic stricken way. Firstly, it was like a flock of seagulls had descended on my look and all the saline came out. I thought "see, there was nothing there" then 30 seconds later there was another release and I was amazed by the amount. I ended up staying on the loo for 2 further rounds and needed to use the Alex app on my phone to make an announcement to my son in the living room to bring me up water 🤣. So, its been 4 hours since I did this and I've not had any mercy dashes to the loo, I've eaten, I've had a drink and I went to the shops with no issues. I even managed to toot without fearing for my dignity. The fact you get 3 in a box is really great value for money. I'd buy again and have already recommended to friends

Not a sexy item to review! But, works exceptionally well! Easy to use, seems daunting but 100% effective and easier than you are thinking! Enjoy pooping again!! Haha

So where do you start, I was desperate having not been for over a week, I followed another commenters advice, lay on my side, knees bent, being a female having to feel for the right opening with my hand while trying to direct the nozzle into the hole, as I am trying to insert it I wish I had lubricated the end but being too lazy I just carried on and I didn’t find it a pleasant experience, trying to squeeze the bottle a lot of fluid was pouring out and I think my lady opening seemed to be getting most of it, I couldn’t squeeze most of it as the nozzle kept slipping out! After all that I went to the toilet, tons of water shot out along with two tiny lumps that felt as if they were the plugs that had been keeping the rest at bay…waiting in hope for the big finale …. Nothing… not even a couple of malteser size bits, so disappointed, I’m still bloated and have a sore bottom … and unfortunately though I lay on a towel it soaked through all my bedding so I spent the rest of the day doing laundry … this will work for you if you are mildly constipated and only for a few days, but use lube trust me you will be glad you did. Drink plenty afterwards

No one likes discussing why we need these products lol But I have long term illness and the medications do make regular movements, well, irregular! I have oral laxatives prescribed along with suppositories but, sometimes I still feel bloated/backed up. That’s when I found these. I’ve tried other emema products but this is by far the best one. It can literally work within a minute sometimes. The tip is lubricated so it’s easier to use than some others and they last for ages as rarely do I need to use a full bottle to get relief. If you’re stuck, I 100% recommend this product over any others. But pls don’t think using them will help loose weight or use too often as it can end up causing cramping and if there’s nothing to come out, then nothing comes out so, be safe, not stupid! But for genuine discomfort, while the price seems high, if you’ve ever felt how I have, it’s worth every penny

Works very fast, kept it in for 5 minutes before I went, and it cleared everything out as someone who was impacted and blocked up for nearly 14 days with nothing else working,it was comfortable as someone who was worried about pain and helped me majorly

OH. MY. GOSH. ohmygosh. I had been randomly backed up for days and days and after one DESPERATE search whilst straining on the loo, lead me here. The holy grail. The font of clearing impacted poo. Fleet. Intrepid, I held the pre-lubed bottle in my right hand whilst laying on my left-side on a towel on my landing floor (hoping beyond hope a child wouldn't need me to open a snack.) I breathed out slow and inserted the tip. Took a few seconds (maybe 20 I went slow) to get it in as far as it needed to go. And I squeezed. And as I squeezed I felt my insides slowly fill with cold liquid. Not at all painful, just, weird. Once the bottle was empty as I could get it (you don't need to use it all, believe me) I slowly removed whilst holding my sphincter as tightly as I could so I didn't suddenly explode and shoot round the room cartoon style, spraying brown doom in my wake. It said to remain lying on your left side for as long as you can until you feel the need to go. I lasted all of 4 minutes. With haste I got up off the floor, still squeezing my chocolate starfish as tight as it had ever been, and legged it to the loo. Nothing. Then everything. First 2 giant squirts of saline liquid made its appearance, then involuntary straining, I couldn't stop if I wanted to. I birthed what must have been a 6lb poop-baby. Still quite solid in it's form unlike its siblings about to follow. The heavens opened and I heard angels singing symphonies. The RELEASE! So much poo. SO MUCH. mainly liquid in form now but whose keeping track. I passed food I had eaten in preschool. Job done. I floated off that loo, so much lighter and alleviated of so much discomfort. I'm a normal person again. If you're constipated or impacted, try this. I will always have a stock of it in my house from now on. Worth every penny. Edited to add; I have found that if you push as if having a poo whilst inserting the tip it goes in so much easier. Also, if you’re larger and unable to bend like a pretzel you might need some assistance.

This is an excellent product. I have used it many times when I have been constipated. It is a great reliable product.

Best of all the domestic products, including water/ coffee enemas tried.

Well, I'm not going into much detail on these for obvious reasons. They were needed to be used before a medical procedure and this is what was recommended. They were easy to use and definitely worked.

I use medication for overactive bladder that makes me constipated. I prefer to relieve my constipation with an enema, rather than laxative pills. One to two times a week, I need to use an enema. I've used Fleet enemas for years, but sometimes I needed to use two to get full relief. I was happy to find that Fleet now makes a bigger volume enema. These are very hard to find in stores, most just stock the regular size. This enema is well lubicated, so it is easy to insert. The nozzle is soft and flexible, so it is comfortable when it is inside you. I would prefer if the nozzle was a bit longer and wider but the nozzle does work well. The bottle is easy to squeeze to get all the liquid into your bottom. It may be hard to squeeze if you have smaller hands. Relief comes quickly, about 3-5 minutes after it is inserted. I get full relief and feel clean after I use it. For those with hemorrhoids like me, I recommend the use of Preparation-H ointment applied intra-rectally 10 minutes prior to use to prevent burning from the enema solution, followed by a Preparation-H suppository after you have fully expelled the enema and your BM. I recommend this enema to anyone who prefers an enema for constipation relief. Update: These are now available in a 6 pack on Prime if you need to use it regularly. I wish that Amazon would add this product to Subscribe and Save!
