Completely idiot proof Jig, as I can use it perfectly.

A lovely tool that I bought for my son and in return he made me 3 large bookcases, definitely value for money, the build quality of this tool was great and made the building of said bookcases, my son in law who was a carpenter asked me if it was a kit that just needed assembling because of the precision of the holes for the shelf supports. Very pleased with it.

It did the job really well and by the looks of it, should last. However, whatever way you wash it, it is incredibly expensive for what it is. Which essentially is a piece of plastic with some holes that have a bit of metal in, and a drill bit. Can only give it 4 stars, it did exactly what it was supposed to do, but something so simple simply shouldn't cost this much, even in the days of 25p freddo frogs!

Could have went for an unbranded similar tool but went for the Kreg. Was building some built in wardrobes and shelving so brought this to drill holes for shelf pins. So easy and quick to use and switch sides. Provides perfectly aligned holes

I used this to make shelf pin holes in 6 cabinets. I got to say it worked a treat and once I got the hang of it, drilling out a long line of holes was pretty easy. I did drill the holes after the cabinets were assembled and the are perfectly lined up on all 4 sides. The only downside is the drill doesn't leave super clean holes - there is some splintering around the edges of the holes. I found that if I started the drill away from the wood, got it to full speed and then slowly lowered down into the wood that I got cleaner edges. I did that for the holes closer to the front of the cabinet since those are seen more often. Another great Kreg product!
