Valterra T58 Twist-On Waste Valve, Mess-Free Waste Valve for RV's, Campers, Trailers

I gave this a 5 star review, although I haven't had the chance to use it yet. The fit was tight and came with the pin to secure it in place. Knowing there was going to be residual water and/or waste, I put a bucket down to avoid the runout. Installing it took less than 5 minutes, locate where the hole is for the pin prior to attaching. I'll be able to drain the small sink drain tank on longer camping trips with this gate valve installed

A must have, I always have these in the RV. Especially when one of the waste valves broke. They work great and you don’t have to reach up under your RV to use them.

If you have internal valves on your RV, I suggest you put one of these on immediately. One of my internal valves failed and I wish I had this on before that lovely incident. Great product, I have learned my lesson. : )

So, I love the idea and the easy attachment. Gat works good and seals with no leaks. Fits all camper hoses with good comparability. Only disappointment is the female lock/ seal. This is my second one, with the first one coming broken. Doesn't seam to hold the weight of the fuilds in the hose. I will probably end up building my own when this one breaks that being said, if your only adding this to your camper exit, it should be great for you! I'm using it at the end of the line, before by honey pot.

I have a Gray water and Black on our RV each with their over gate valve how ever I found the need for this Valterra T58 Twist-On Waste Valve, Mess-Free Waste Valve as a 2nd line of nasty water defense and this unit works great, easy twist on just like your sewer hose and has a locking pin to keep it from unscrewing and coming off by accident. Well worth the money for sure and great peace of mind.

I like this, since the shut off valve from my black water tank would always leak a bit while traveling. This valve ensures that nothing spills out of the tank until I have my sewer connection hooked up. Easy to connect, and works well.

Our old one broke. This fit perfectly. Can’t live without it.

This is a must have as a secondary safety valve for your black & grey water outlet. No more little surprises when you remove the cap. Easy to install and you can rotate the valve where you want it.
