"Heavy Duty" is a stretch
The hole punching mechanism broke almost immediately trying to punch holes in small, like 5-10 pieces of 60# plain paper. This should absolutely not be marketed as "heavy duty". I rarely write reviews, but this stopped working within moments of first use under really light load. Terrible.

Good punch
It's a well made and handy punch. It just didn't work for what I was/am trying to do. I wanted to cut the radius on some stencils I was making. I couldn't see where to place the punch. Hope this helps.
