Exactly as described and worked perfectly.

The remote arrived on time and was packaged very well. This remote works perfectly with our older-style Bose System. There was no programming necessary, all I had to do was remove the plastic protective piece from the batteries and hit the power button, and our system came on, yeah! The remote does look completely different from my original remote, but it does look exactly as pictured in the ad. I have included a picture of my original remote, the new remote…. As well our Bose System so if you also have this system, you'll feel confident in your purchase. The remote also came with a holder that has a sticky backing that you could attach somewhere that will allow you to store your remote safely and where you can always find it. I highly recommend the remote and give the seller an A++ Rating!

This remote works immediately, there are no codes to put in to pair it. It seems well made, is larger than the BOSE factory remote (which BOSE no longer makes) but with one drawback you have to get used to: The original remote allowed you to control volume scale by holding the button up/down; this remote however requires you to keep pressing the buttons repeatedly to raise or lower the volume. A bit of a nuisance when you first get it if you're used to being able to just holding the button, but you get used to it out of necessity. For such simple functions (power, vol up, vol down, mute) from a third-party I would have thought the remote would cost a bit less, but it's a decent replacement.

Works well, like the original. Relatively inexpensive. No complaints here. Especially since my Bose home theater system is from about 2012.

Just bought it and the plastic out and it was ready to use. No instruction, easy to use, great upgraded design. My kids can use it.

So glad we bought this remote after we lost ours!! We have a cinemate series 2 bose sound system and it paired up with one click! It's so nice and comes with a battery and a holder !!!

Feels great and it is works right away with a bose cinemate 15. It even feels better than the original bise remote.
