The flour is bad and wrong information on label
I bake bread quiet often and used this flur for first time and no matter what's the hydration was its was making a gue mess there was no gluten structure at all and no fermentation sighns in it

Very good flour.
I was apprehensive about this flour while kneading the dough. It wasnโt coming together smoothly, smelled a tad different from other bread flour Iโve used. But after letting it rest and warm proof for about 4 hours, I was able to roll it out into a beautiful pizza base. It holds really well and bakes easy. Tastes lovely. I will definitely continue buying it.

Not good at all
This is not bread flour Bread flour means strong protein flour which helps to build up and rise but it doesn't have those quality and it's not strong at all hydration quality is poor I used to do sourdough using Bob's Red mill artisan bread flour Thats one of the quality bread flour any other flour can't beat the quality
