ES12-12 Maintenance-Free Rechargeable Sealed Lead-Acid Battery

When the batteries were delivered the driver told me tp inspect them for damage. The boxes they were delivered in looked like they were tossed around. Partial holes in the boxes. The batteries seemed OK but I wasn't able to test their voltages at delivery. The boxes had only 2 plastic pillows inside and I thought there would be a lot more for shipping. The batteries were fully charged and worked fine. I was surprised...

My cart wouldn't hold a charge, wouldn't go up even slight inclines... I thought it was a goner. Some research showed me that my batteries were dead. Well, they had lasted 5 years so it was important to replace them with the same brand/model.These were exceedingly easy to install, even if the battery case itself was a witch to open/close. They work perfectly, and the amount of power is like the cart is brand new! Well worth the money. Don't get cheapy replacement batteries, get these... the Real Thing.

New batteries for my wife's electric scooter that we've had for years. Well packaged and quick arrival. Quickly installed and the scooter runs great on the new batteries.

I've been using MK battery for over 20 years because they're the best. Not this time. They're failing after barely 4 months. Usually I get 14 months from this battery. I thought they looked odd when I got them, like reconditioned rather than brand new, and I've had 20 pairs of these over the years. The sides of the cases were very scratched as if trying to obliterate the logo and info. There was a groove cut around the top as if they had been opened up. Usually the top is smooth sealed plastic.The outer cardboard box was correct as they always come from MK but I believe the batteries were reconditioned, not new, or they were counterfeit somehow. Usually I go @ 3 1/2 to 4 days between charges when they're new and as they​get older they get weaker. After 3 1/2 months I'm recharging every day, they stutter going over door thresholds and it's time to replace them before I get stuck somewhere. Total fail this time MK. Looking around for another brand.
