Car Window Shades - Certified 99.79% UVA & 99.95% UVB Sun Protection

I love these self-cling window shades. we use them when we travel. They block sun rays but you can see through them. All you do is clean the inside of your car/truck windows and then you stick these to the window. They don't have the flimsy worthless suction cup hooks these just stick right to your window. I bought two different sizes.

For a product that specifically mentions the 737 on the product page the number of times, these don't fit that airplane very well. A little bit too wide, not quite tall enough, and there seem to be few good ways to cover all the windows without getting creative and using other shades. I like that they stick together and fold up into a small package so it doesn't take up much room in my flight bag. When fully on the window, they stick very well, they never really have any problems falling off except in one very specific situation. If the entire shade is not on the window, but rather overlapping the frame of the window, and then I find the stiffness of the metal perimeter that holds it open, will slowly pry it away from the window and have it fall. That generally doesn't happen very quickly if it's secured well and has a lot of surface area touching the glass, but I find it consistently happening when I put them up. These screens would be great for the backseat of a car. They are very, very dark, and are almost impossible to see through even in the brightest sun, but they have a noticeable block to the UV light coming through the window and instantly lower the temperature if strong sun is blasting on you. Overall I like them a lot. They're inexpensive solutions to a very annoying problem and, although they may not be perfect, they are a huge step beyond trying to improvise something that wasn't designed for the task.

I didn’t expect to love these as much as I did. In fact, I wasn’t even looking to purchase these at first, but I am so glad I did. Living in Florida, sun protection is imperative. Not only that, but the hot summer sun is sometimes my worst enemy when driving. It’s both blinding, heats up my car, and carries the typical UV photo aging risks. These shades are insanely useful. I keep them close by so I can literally just slap them on my window during different times in the day to keep cool and shade my vision. The only caveat is that it leaves behind a pretty ugly residue. For me personally this does not matter as I would rather clean my windows every day than deal with the heat caused by the blinding sun.

Love!! These are perfect for blocking sun. They stick great to the window. The standard size was perfect for my Chevy blazer. It is hard to see out of the window with the darker shades so I bought both the translucent and dark ones. Highly recommend!

The shade itself works well - it looks good, it's easy to use, it sticks to the window really well, and it's effective at blocking light. I got the smaller size but it's still 20x12 which is more than big enough to cover quite a bit without being unwieldy. Good value as well - this pack includes 4 shades (but only comes with 1 carrying case...). Main issue I have is that it smudges/dirties your window a lot. See photo that I attached. For that photo, I stuck it on a clean window, removed it, and took a photo - as you can see, it left a thin film of...grease? smudge? oil? Whatever it is, it makes your window look hazy and dirty. Unlike other ones that use small suction cups,the entire side of this shade clings on the window so it makes a large contact with your window and it's hard to avoid that dirty spot. I like the shade but I couldn't stand the smudges so I had to return this.

These are great to keep the sun out and vehicle cooler They fit perfectly

I live in las vegas area, super hot and sunny most of the year. These sun shades come very handy, easy to stick to the windows. No suction cup necessary. They last few months. They are cheap and well worth it. I bought many of them for our cars.

Potentially misleading UV protection. My ray bans are 100% UV protection and these claim to be 99%. Shining a UV light through these shades brightens the UV fluorescent coating on my license, which the ray bans don’t. This is despite how the ray bans let significantly more light through than the shades. Of the much smaller amount of light these shades let through, it fluoresces the UV coating more. Perhaps this is the sub 1% difference, or perhaps the UV protection claim is exaggerated, which is personally why I bought these. Pictures added showing sunglasses blocking UV, the shades letting UV through, and the difference in amount of light let through by both.

J'ai acheté ces pare-soleil anti-UVA/UVB pour protéger mon chien des UV comme de la chaleur en été, et ils sont tout simplement géniaux ! J'ai pris 4 pare-soleil semi-transparents (la nuances la plus foncée), pour les disposer sur les vitres passager arrière ainsi que sur le pare-brise arrière et dès le premier test, je suis convaincue ! L'installation est très simple et rapide (il suffit de bien nettoyer ses vitres, de déplier et de reformer les pare-soleil, de les mouiller un peu pour profiter du système d'accroche par électricité statique, et le tour est joué ! J'ai mis moins de 10 minutes pour nettoyer mes vitres et installer les 4 pare-soleil, qui tiennent parfaitement en place et se repositionnent facilement au besoin : ils peuvent même se chevaucher, comme c'est le cas dans mon coffre ! <3 En terme d'efficacité, j'ai vu une différence immédiate dans ma voiture (une Twingo 2 sans système de climatisation digne de ce nom) : les pare-soleil sont bien opaques, tout en laissant une visibilité plus que satisfaisante depuis le siège conducteur. Ils protègent des UVA/UVB, mais réduisent également énormément la chaleur à l'intérieur de l'habitacle Ce premier essai avec une chaleur déjà bien présente est validée tant par mon chien que par moi : des étés beaucoup plus confortables pour lui sont en vue lors de nos déplacements ! Enfin, depuis l'extérieur, la présence des pare-soleil n'est visible que de près, tout en opacifiant l'intérieur du véhicule, ce qui un petit plus appréciable. Je recommande à 100% !

I use these on Airbus A319/320s in the cruise only (not climb/descent/safety critical phases) and they work a charm. They stick nicely to the front window without leaving marks or falling down. I have also seen many other pilots with these sunshades. They block a good amount of sunlight out - more than the pre-fitted sun shields. They fold up nicely too into a small travel pouch, it fits in my flight bag easily. I recommend.
