What size for a 2018 Toyota Rav4?

A Rav4 should be fine with a Large unless you keep the headrest high, in which case you will need an XL.

Are these safe for white fake leather? I’m worried about transfer onto my white seats

Yes they are safe. The backing is clear and colorless. They will not discolor your seats.

I have a 2019 honda hr-v sport, should i get a large or xlarge?

Large fits our 2017 Ford F-150 seats with room to spare. We also have a 2018 Honda accord that the large is huge on.
