I purchased this product as a Christmas gift, expecting it to last longer than just a few months. Unfortunately, some of the keys stopped working, making the product unreliable and disappointing. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of customer service. I attempted to contact the company to activate the product warranty, but they have not responded to my emails or returned my phone calls. Even Amazon customer service provided me with a direct phone number for the seller, but the company still does not answer or respond. A warranty means nothing if the company refuses to honor it or even acknowledge the customer. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise buyers to avoid this seller and this brand. The product failed, and the company failed even worse.

came in time, its a good weight for my kids first sax. He loves it and having it be a fun color helps him want to play more often. Easy to put together and tune.

Excellent value considering the price and novelty of this alto sax. For 42 years I've played community jazz and pro gigs. I would describe this as a toy saxophone for adult amateur musicians. It's almost like a working prop. It's tuning is inconsistent, especially the upper stack. There is a leak in the low C key that I'll have to get repaired for about $20 bucks, probably caused during shipping. The finish is gorgeous and doesn't seem to show finger prints much on the lacquer; it has light engraving. You get a decent no-frills case and all the accessories needed including 11 reeds (the 11th one is mounted on the mouthpiece in shipping and was busted on mine). The tuning device/metronome is a nice accessory for someone who doesn't use a smart phone or to give to your kid. If you order this green sax like I did to use while marching in a St. Patty's Day parade, or for the holidays, it's an unbelievable value and will get looks. Four stars.

I purchased this because i needed a second instrument to play. I owned a Yamaha YTS 62 tenor sax and been playing for almost 6 yrs. I was curious on what is like to play an alto sax, and not to expensive. This is a good for a beginners who is looking for a inexpensive instrument. The keys are easy to press and smooth. It has everything you need to play the instrument. The only thing I id not like is the mouthpiece and the neck strap. But other than that, is a very good instrument and the sound is very nice.Also, before you play, use the light to check the instrument for a good key pad seal.
