NOT MALE NPT!!!
Very well made and shipping was fast BUT the outer threads are NOT MALE NPT. Not 1.25 NPT as in the listing title or 1 inch NPT as in the description. It is the same OD as 1 inch pipe but the threads are much more coarse, some kind of hose threads maybe??

Extremely sharp
I received this adapter and when I went to install it, I cut my hand on the threads. It does a great job, just be careful when installing it.

1" IPS ร 3/4 hose
Works well with 1" hose as it is 1"IPS. You can also use it with copper or galvanized hard pipe to hose.

brass is a little too thin in the center
This snapped in two and now I cannot get the mail 1 inch portion out of my expensive 1 inch garden hose.

first one I found
I have a 1 inch nozzle that I wanted to use for a long time. I have to use a bunch of different fittings to get it down to the three-quarter size. This is the first time I found a single hitting from 1 inch to three-quarter hose.
