Universal Swivel TV Stand for 27-50 55 60 Inch TVs

When researching a 40" TV to buy for our den it appears the standard base most TV's used to come with are now being replaced by 2 cheap plastic legs that provide very little flexibility when placing a TV on a table that is smaller than length of the TV. I wanted a bigger screen TV in our small scale den to replace a 27" flat screen TV but did not want to purchase a new longer table in which to set the TV on. Interesting to add, when purchasing our TV from Best Buy the sales person indicated they do not sell replacement pedestal stands for all flat screen TV's - only those larger than 60". Did some researching and located this universal TV pedestal stand on Amazon (#UT2003) for less than $30 and ordered it. The stand arrived within a couple days much to my surprise (thanks Amazon!!) My husband assembled it and said it was fairly straight-forward to assemble (the included directions were photos only and didn't provide him too much help). I may not have been able to assemble it myself based on the photos - just be aware that if you don't have some basic assembly experience (like me, a gal in her late 50's) you may have some difficulty. This stand is very sturdy and solid when assembled. Base of the stand is black heavy duty glass and it looks very classy. It's much better quality than I was expecting for the price paid. Our new 40" Samsung SmartTV fits on this stand perfectly; and the stand fits perfectly on top of our cable TV box which is 17" long; and this combo sits on top of our small corner pedestal table in our den. In the attached photo the TV stand fits in so well that it may be difficult to see. The combined weight of the TV stand and TV are not too heavy on the cable box and there is still room on top of the cable box for ventilation. There are 3 heights you can choose from when placing your TV on the stand. We placed ours on the lowest setting and it's absolutely perfect. We have no qualms about the TV tipping or falling off the small oval corner table we have the TV placed. Just remember to complete the final step of assembly which is to "lock" the TV stand after placing TV on the stand with the 2 set screw brackets that are enclosed. This stand can also swivel adjust to better angle your TV in the room. Highly recommend this product if you want to ditch the cheap legs that come with most TV's now and revert back to a more traditional (sturdy) stand that will provide more flexibility when placing TV on a surface that is not as long as the TV itself. Very happy with this purchase - Amazon comes through again!!

I was nervous about ordering this stand. The ones they sell at Walmart cost over twice as much, so I was afraid it would be cheaply made, but I was pleasantly surprised! This stand is very nice-looking and was the perfect size for my 43" TV. It was fairly easy to assemble, and they give you multiple screw sizes to ensure it fits your TV. The glass base looks very nice, the stand is very sturdy, and it was perfectly level/plumb without even measuring it during assembly. It's a great value, and I highly recommend it.

Works very well with my 50 inch tv. The height is adjustable and it can swivel on each side. It was easy to put together. I love it and have no complaints.

We had recently acquired a Samsung 40" Smart TV from a relative's apartment that was being cleared-out due to illness of that relative. Its intended use was as an additional computer monitor. The original stand shipped with the TV had been discarded when the unit was wall-mounted in the apartment which left two options: 1) order the OEM stand from Samsung, or 2) purchase an aftermarket free-standing replacement. We opted for the aftermarket stand. The aftermarket stand was ordered from Amazon. It arrived quickly and in good order as far as exterior packaging was concerned. The internal packaging provided parts options for various types of TVs and guided us in the assembly for our particular configuration. The assembly instructions could be better written; clearer instructions would have sped-up the assembly. However, the assembly went fairly smoothly UNTIL it came time to mount the arm that holds the TV to the post that attaches to the base of the unit. That portion of the assembly process called for four-04-M6x40 machine screws, only one was included in the packaging - the other three, as shipped, we too short. Assembly could not be completed without the missing screws. An email was sent to the vendor indicating the problem. The vendor responded immediately to our email, advising that the needed screws were being shipped UPS and provided the UPS tracking number. Keeping in mind that the stand was useless without the missing screws to complete assembly, we expected the replacement screws to be shipped the most expeditious way. We had requested either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Next Day Air, the replacements were shipped UPS Ground. After logging on to the UPS website for two consecutive days to determine when to expect the replacement screws and finding that the replacements had not yet been shipped. Not knowing when the replacement would arrive, I went to a local hardware store and purchased three M6x40 machine screws at a cost of $1.59 each in order to complete assembly. With locally-purchased screws in hand the assembly was completed and the TV mounted to the stand. The replacement screws arrived about a week later. The stand meets expectations. The completed unit is sturdy. The swivel function is ideal for monitor placement and use. Overall, we are very pleased with the product. I would have given the product a 5-star review across the board had it not been for the poor quality control at the manufacturing end that allowed the product to be packaged and shipped with incorrect parts causing the assembly delay. Customer Service reaction was prompt but the delay in receiving the replacement screws from the vendor was disappointing as well so it was appropriate to lower the rating.

The included stands that came with my Roku TV wouldn’t work with my base shelving unit and I’m not keen on plastic which ages and cracks. After a bit of research I chose this swivel stand and I’m glad I did. It was easy to assemble: the instructions are very concise, with small but clear pictures and coded parts. I reviewed the instructions carefully until I had a clear idea of every step before starting assembly. There are choices in assembly which affect the height of your TV screen. I chose the middle set of screw holes on the upright post for mounting the cross piece that holds the TV, because I wanted to keep the balance of weight on the low side while keeping some height for the view. At that setting, the bottom edge of my 55” Roku TV screen sits about 10 inches above the base. I was able to hoist and mount the TV myself because the design of the stand makes it easy to attach by carefully slipping it onto the crosspiece. I was a little nervous at that point until I screwed the first of the two security pieces on that firmly secure the TV to the stand. The stand feels very sturdy and the swivel function is smooth. I’m very happy with my choice.

Easy setup! Roku 55 inch Tv fit great! Hardware set up was easy and organized to follow instructions! Definitely worth the price! Solid and good quality pieces! Took less than 10 mins to setup!

I got this after I purchased a new tv, a 48” LG B6 oled. Old stand just wasn’t wide enough and the space doesn’t allow for a large stand 40”+ so I found this and read the reviews! I was extremely nervous using this because I’ve always used factory foot mounts and being glass base. I thought assembly was very straight forward and couldn’t have been simplified! Only issue I had was when it came to mounting the metal arms to the VESA mount on the back of the tv, had the 4 screws I needed but one of them was defective just wouldn’t go in but thankfully I also purchased a small stand that had extra screws and the one I needed. It’s been about a week and it’s still holding well, I’ll be paranoid for months probably worrying about it falling off or the glass base breaking but so far so good! Seems very solid and the height adjustment is perfect! Love the swivel feature too, makes it so easy to reach all the ports on the tv! One thing I will say is DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN anything, the glass base to the arm, mounts on the tv and DO use the security screws!!! Those little screws give so much piece of mind! I know we all want a product to be secure when we assemble it but get it where it’s snug and a slight turn, once it’s hung it will have tension and should be just fine! With smaller tvs you could probably complete the job including mounting on your own but with a bigger tv get help when you have to mount the hooks onto the arm, even with 2 people it’s an adventure to be on the same level :) overall very happy and confidence builds by the day it’s still standing!

Easy assembly. Screen Swivel is excellent. No regrets for this purchase.

Nuestra tele pesa muchísimo en una Samsung bastante vieja (ni es smart TV) y aún así la aguanta perfecto. el ensamblaje estuvo fácil, las instrucciones super claras, con ejemplos para cada tipo de tele, y puedes ajustarlo a la altura que mejor te parezca. se ve súper bonito y limpio lo mejor es que puedes virar la tele hacia los lados.
