Great bag - bad customer service
It is a great bag for my son who is on the high school bowling team. It rolls smooth and has lots of room for his shoes and all the other accessories. However, as soon as we got it out of the box, the little plastic cap in the middle of one of the wheels fell off, exposing a sharp metal piece. I have emailed them directly and through their website asking if we can get a replacement cover or what they would like us to do and NEVER received a response at all! Very disappointing since they advertise a 5 year warranty on this product!
