This is my first ever panini press, I can imagine that there are way better ones on the market, but this one is FABULOUS. I was surprised at how easy it was to use and how quickly it heats up. While it only fits one sandwich at a time unlike what's pictured (there's no way you can fit two big sandwiches!), it still is great for making crisp and delicious paninis. Because it's so small, sometimes the panini press flips over a little because the sandwich to panini press ratio is kind of imbalanced, so I'd suggest using a spatula to prevent your sandwich from slipping out. Once it's locked in, you'll still end up with a great sandwich, which is all that matters. It's also easy to clean and because it's small, it's easy to store. You can't beat the price; this is a pretty decent panini press that I really enjoy using and can't wait to use for also grilling veggies.

This thing works exactly how you would expect: Plug it in, wait for 8~ minutes for it to warm up, put together your sandwich and press the thing together for 3~ more minutes and you have a nice hot snack. Just be sure to unplug it after use!I did notice in the instructions that it says you can use it to cook food immediately; but I do NOT recommend that. The thing smelled awful on first startup, and I sacrificed four pieces of bread to get that stuff off of it. It seemed fine after that!These things; and I don't think it applies to just this one, are a PAIN to clean. I've never found one that is actually easy to clean, and if you use anything that will melt (Such as Cheese) it will get in-between its cracks, crevasses and wherever it can fit into and probably stay there for as long as you have the thing unless you want to completely disassemble it.The plates themselves are great and nothing ever sticks to them, so the cooking part is as least easy to clean.I recommend this if you're too lazy to use a pan to cook sandwiches manually with an oven top, or you simply don't have an oven.

Handy but be aware that it splashes grease around because the sides are open. What I do is to place it atop a large piece of cardboard to avoid the need for countertop cleanup. Then the cardboard goes into recycling.

Me gusta tener una tostadora en casa para usarla de vez en cuando, he comprado esta tres veces, por la forma en que se realizan las tostadas, su tamaño y porque se pueden hacer dos tostadas al mismo tiempo, pero realmente lo que no me gusta es la durabilidad. Después de par de meses se le va quitando la parte negra pelándose, esto hace también que se peguen las tostadas y sea un poco difícil de limpiar, por esta razón no dura más de seis meses y se debe comprar otra nuevamente. Me gustaría que durara más tiempo.

This product is worse than a toy. I plugged it in and immediately started smelling like burnt plastic. It’s super small so you can’t fit a regular size bread slice and the black coating smells toxic!! I returned immediately

THIS LITTLE GRILL IS SO GEEAT FOR SANDWICHES. I MAKE TORTILLAS, GRILL CHEESE, AND RUEBEN SANDWICHES ETC. IT IS REALL NICE FOR THE MONEY, AND IT OPENS TO A FULL GRILL. I BOUGHT ONE FROM WALMART AND IT WAS SO SMALL YOU COULDN'T PUT A WHOLE SLICE OF BREAD ON IT. I RETURNED IT.
