I’ve tried lots of beard + face wash combo products and I like this one the best. A single pumps worth goes a long way - enough to wash your beard & face. Foams up nicely, cleans gently & moisturizes, no residue. The unscented version allows me to use my scented oils & balms without overlapping scents.

It is worth noting that I do not have a beard, but was just looking for a fairly safe face wash that was a bit manly with the scent. I will agree with other reviews that it doesn’t lather a ton, but that is probably due to not having every chemical under the sun. The sandalwood scent is light, but still nice. My face feels cleans and cleansed, without feeling oily or with a residue after. I’ve been happy with the face wash so far.

I have purchased this set before and I have to say that it's a great deal and a fantastic product, as a combat veteran I don't have a lot of money and I have found in the past that when you find something you like, it usually disappears, so I have bought a few extra bottles of it and it's not expensive but it's definitely a great product for anyone who has a beard and/or a moustache.I have a decent length Beard and I only need to use One pump and it foam's up in my beard and I still have a lot left to rub into my face, it's a great skin irritation helper and the fragrance is a great smell that my wife loves.The pump is a great idea as it seems to give you the right amount of liquid and it's very effective for what I need it for.

I use Every Man Jack shampoo and wanted to try their beard wash. Admittedly, I was reluctant to order it from Amazon due to numerous reviews reporting problems with the product pump and products damaged from shipping. Like others, my order arrived in a plastic bag. The two bottles were in a thin plastic bag that was torn where the pump had popped up. Surprisingly, there was no leakage, and the pump works fine. The beard wash itself has a very pleasant, somewhat citrus fruity scent. Like the brand’s shampoo, it does not make a lather when you use it. It’s also not as concentrated as another brand of beard wash priced comparably. My face and beard feel clean after using it, though, and I do like the scent. The scent fades quickly, so it will not interfere with any beard oil or cologne you might use.

I love Every Man Jack products. They are quality-made, work well, and smell good. The wife loves the Sandalwood scent, while I prefer the Aged-Bourbon. I’m trying out the Vanilla for the first time, which is nice too.This beard wash cleans well, but lacks conditioner. I usually combine this with EMJ beard conditioner and butter. Perfect for my basic beard management needs at reasonable prices. This pleases the wife too, which is #1 in my book.

I get this for my husband. He has sensitive skin and a long beard. This doesn’t irritate his skin, and makes his beard very soft. And it smells amazing.
