If I used the wax when I should have used either the clear coat or tough coat, is there anything I can do?

Yes! You can use rubbing alcohol to remove the wax, then apply Clear Coat or Tough Coat.

How in the world do i get the lid off of this jar??? got everything ready to start applying and i can’t remove the lid. good grief that’s frustrating!

I've had that happen myself! When you're closing your jars after each use, make sure you wipe down the edge with paper towel to remove any excess product that's gathered there. If it does dry closed, you can run the lid under hot water to help soften the dried product. If you wrap a rubber band around the lid that will also help you get a better grip and the lid becomes much easier to twist!
