i have little room from the firewall what hei can i use

If the issue is space between firewall at back of engine this HEI should do fine.

Will this work on a 69 chevy 307 v8?

it should fit. chevy made a few of those rare. they are better than the 305 but chevy never made any 307 with high performance. the heads are weak but you can put 350 heads to spruce it up. you should get between 15-25 more horse power depending what heads and the upgrades youdo

Dose it come with a rotor bug

Cap and rotor are junk the rest seems ok still , bummer clear cap lasted 4 months , rotor alowed spark to pass through it and run the sh%$
