Have now purchased two of these tap and both over the coarse of 7 months- 1.5 year start to leak… liked the look but that’s about it after 300$ spent now looking to buy yet a third tap (not this one) in less then 3 years

Took a while to install because our sink back is high and hard to reach from underneath. Had to purchase some other things to make it fit the hoses correctly as well as to make the handles fit due to the thickness of our sink. So far, so good. No leaks as of yet. We did purchase a separate sprayer nozzle and took off the one that came with it. Pleased with purchase so far as well as the price we paid for it.

These are great-looking faucets that are hard to find in retail stores. I own about 10 of them, and I have had some issues with not being able to find replacement cartridges for the older ones in the apartments that I own. The customer service was great and sent me several, for a small fee, as they should. They have followed up again to make sure I was satisfied. And yes, if you look at the picture, a crappy plumber installed the risers crooked - the faucet is just fine.

I purchased this faucet September 2022 and installed it maybe a month after. Almost 2 years later, it still worked great.A couple weeks ago, it developed a leak/drip. I contacted customer service, and they immediately replied with advice to tighten the core if that was the case. They asked for photo to show proof, and once they saw that it was tight and still leaking they immediately sent me replacement cores for both hot and cold side.It took me a few weeks to install these, since turning off the water means I have to ask my neighbors. Every few days customer service would reach out asking if the problem was solved, with sincere concern.This product is great, but the customer service from them means I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future. I highly recommend this seller.
