Clearer Mind After Just Three Weeks!
I started taking this supplement about 3 weeks ago. About 3 days ago, I noticed a marked difference in my ability to concentrate, in clarity of thought and in possessing a calmer mind. All this from taking just one capsule a day! Also, I experienced no side effects. I am very pleased with this product and will continue to use it. I am 64 years old, so a more nimble mind is a definite plus.

Natural form of Serine in the body
Relentless Improvement is an approved brand of nootropics from the Reddit nootropics approved vendor list. Their main problem is they often discontinue products, so I'm not sure how long this is going to be around. The form of serine usually found from other vendors is L-serine, which is **not** the natural form of serine present in the body and brain. D-Serine is the correct isomer of serine present in the body and brain, and it's unusual to be able to find it available from anyone. Relentless Improvement so far seems to be the only source, so get it while you can!

I started taking these for depression along with TMS treatment. I didn't see any benefits however they also did not do any harm. I stopped taking them after a week.
