Does this work for a bowl of weed?

The size of the electric flame is only  as wide as the arch space. Lighting a candle or incense sometimes takes 2 tries. the lighter should be held at angle. I like it better than the disposable..Try it, if you have other uses, in case your original need doesn't work.

I have candles with thin wood wicks would this be able to light the candle?

I have used it with a wood wick candle! It takes a little longer to light that a normal candle.

Can this charge with a usb c-c cable, or does it require a usb a-c cable?

I charged my Fukkuda lighter for the first time with my Apple 20W USB-C Power Adapter and your supplied usb cord with the switch on the lighter in the off position. It took about 50 minutes and the LED light went off and it was fully charged when I turned it on.

Can this be used to light a blow torch, or would the torch melt it quickly?

Absolutely it can. I have one of the oldest possible versions of this, blocky flip top zippo style with single arc and I use it every single day for exactly that. Whether it be the big mapp/mappro or propane "blowtorches" or a camp stove, or a cigarette lighter or any butane torch that has a broken spark clicker but still does everything else, you barely have to flick this on anywhere close to the business end so the gas coming out hits the arc, even for a split second and even just rapidly stabbing or swinging it through the unlit gas blowing out of your lighter or torch tip, or just calmly and slowly going towards that area until it catches, no need to risk any kind of accident or injury or damage to your items, you will have the absolute most effective, most convenient, possibly the safest, probably the most reliable method of igniting your flame available today. I don't own this exact one yet, I'm just buying right now but I always look at reviews and saw the question here and felt it deserved a thorough answer. I'm sure there are videos that show what I've said above but if anyone wants I can do a quick video of my old model starting up my blowtorch and a few others just say anything here and I assume I will be notified and will follow up.
