What should I do if the product does not turn on?

First, turn the ON/OFF switch on the back to ON. If it still doesn't work, place the product in direct sunlight for at least half a day to recharge the battery.

How should I charge the solar lamp for the best performance?

Install the ball light in direct sunlight and charge for 10–12 hours before first use. Then run it through 8–12 full charge/discharge cycles to reach maximum battery capacity.

What should I know before using the device in or near water?

Tighten the battery lid tightly to avoid rust. Do not use in hot water (vapors may damage components). Do not keep the solar ball light in water for over 2 hours.

Why does the lighting time become shorter or not bright after using for a period of time?

This is caused by insufficient charging, due to the nature of solar charging, rainy days, cloudy or short daylight hours in the winter is easy to undercharge, please 1-2 days of full sunlight charging, and then reconfirm whether the light is on.

How to charge effectively?

Please turn on the switch and place it in direct sunlight charging. Sunlight may also be blocked due to changing shades from nearby plants and buildings, resulting in insufficient charging，Ensure the table lamp is not positioned in the shade.
