Will any 18v power adapters work in case I need to replace the one that came with it? My cat chewed mine :)

It should do as I don't use the power cables that came with it due to their straight jacks & not right angled ones for more space plus it's an extendable/add on daisy chain that I use so I can't really see any problems just check the voltage match & make sure it's a positive/negative fit if that's all OK it'll work.

I have a donner tutti chorus pedal which recommends 500ma 9v but board has 7x 9v 200ma-is it compatible?

You may need to run a separate supply for this pedal. If it truly needs 0.5A (500mA). I run this board with 6 pedals inc. Soul Food, Suhr Riot, Boss Dd8 and Fender Marine Reverb and it works fine.

Is the case big enough to keep the pedals attached to the board when transporting?

I have a CHORD chromatic tuner, and six iSet mini pedals on my board, and it closes fine. The footprint is approx 485 x 130 mm,and I have used it to mount a couple of my old DOD pedals and BOSS pedals in the past,so it can take about four pedals of this size plus a tuner, and close O.K.Hope this helps.
