Caregiver Pager with 2 Wireless Call Buttons for Home Care

My grandma has come to live with me and I have been thinking of ways to make sure she can get my attention for anything she needs at any time of day. When I found this call button I knew I had to have it. It was super easy to set up and is very loud and gets my attention quickly. Now I can be rested assured that my grandma can stay safe and connected to us in case if she falls. This device comes with two call buttons, I have one next to her bed where she can reach it while resting. And when she is up and walking around, I have her wear it on her key chain. So far it has helped when she fell by accident outside and couldn’t get up. This call speaker really saved the day and I love it.

This caregiver pager is perfect in the event you can’t hear a loved one or your patient calling for assistance. My mom had a recent surgery and this the perfect device. The sound level is perfect and truly comes in handy when help is needed in the middle of the night. The pager can sit on a flat surface or be carried around in your pocket. Easy to connect and price is great!

OK, the system is well made, works great, it comes with everything you need to get it up and running, and it does the job it was designed for. BUT there's one detail that had I known about it, I'd have stepped aside on this purchase. The alarm sound! You have two choices for the alarm sound that alerts the caregiver. One sounds exactly like a standard ding-dong doorbell. I goes "ding-dong" once and if you didn't happen to hear that 1.5 seconds long sound, too bad because that's all there is. The other sound is like the most aggressive kinds of police sirens you hear on the street; entirely unnecessary and jarring just to alert an in-home caregiver that s/he is needed in another room. Some other sound options, like something a bit gentler, even a steady tone . . . ANYTHING besides that whooping siren . . . would have made this system a real win. So I just keep it as far from my bed as I can and still have it in the room with me and leave the volume (3 settings) at the lowest setting. That way it sill still will jolt me out of a deep sleep. So for others, like someone who needs to be able to hear the alert in a busy, active home while doing things around the house, maybe this would be fine. But I need it primarily at night in a quiet home. Even so, I feel the siren is inappropriate and another option or two would have been nice, even at an added dollar or two. Bottom line: I'm impressed by the quality of the system components. The instructions are clear and intuitive and even written in English, a real plus in items coming from China. It took me 5 minutes to set it all up and in my case, it is working fine over a distance of about 40' and through three standard residential walls. Also the help-needed button is downstairs and the alert is upstairs. For the price, I'll keep it. For now.

This is a great product that I've appreciated a lot as my mom is in bed with pneumonia. There are 2 call bells that can be worn or pinned to the bedding with their lanyards, or attached to the bedside table with the sticky tape provided. I have attached one to each bedside table, so she can ring it whether she's on her left or right side. The pager is small enough for your pocket, or clipped to your belt. The person calling for assistance is not bothered by the bell sound, but I can hear it even if I'm are out in the garage, backyard, or in the kitchen washing dishes! It has 2 sounds, "ding ding" for regular calling and a buzzer for something more urgent. It's saved me and my mom a lot of frustration of me having to run back all the time to check if she needs anything, just to see her sleeping peacefully, recovering!

Works as needed!!!! Good price. May want to get another pager for a different part of the home. Currently, I have the pager in my bedroom so if my aunt needs me at night, I hear the page. I know its portable, but I prefer to keep it on my nightstand. Peace of mind for both of us.

This caregiver pager wireless call button system works fairly well for basic home use. The setup was simple, and the alert comes through quickly when the button is pressed. It has been helpful for monitoring an elderly family member and gives some peace of mind.

This is a VERY good item, well made and with clear instructions in proper grammatical English. How rare that is today. Worked fine straight out of the box. It comes with two large red button units, either or both of which can be placed in a cradle or attached to a loose-fitting lanyard which the user(s) can hang around their neck so that they have a panic button available at all times. The cradles can either be stuck to a surface using adhesive pads, or screwed into wall plugs (plugs and screws supplied). The carer (me) has a small portable paging station which can be placed in a pocket, or clipped to clothing with a detachable clip. It emits an audible alarm at three easily-selectable volume levels, and the loudest one is REALLY loud. There are two types of alarm - a simple ding-dong, or a longer siren type of sound which can be cancelled by pressing a button. You choose which one you want with a small slide switch. It has given the relative whom I care for instant peace of mind, as well as myself. It's a simple and highly recommended unit which does everything that it says on the tin.

Excellent and a real game changer for me in terms of caring for someone living with dementia-Alzheimer's who has a risk of falls. I have one wireless call button in bracket attached to bed and other in bracket in bathroom beside toilet at nighttime. During daytime, one is worn around neck on lanyard while other is in bathroom beside toilet. This enables my care partner to let me know they would like assistance before they stand up from chair, etc. Their voice is low so I can't always hear them calling. The range is very good and reaches outside to the end of the garden. My care partner and I both enjoy using it and are happy with it. Thank you!
