Can this microwave be put into a cabinet?

I have had my microwave and a cabinet for years. The cabinet door is open when I’m using it and there is plenty of airflow on all sides of the microwave. I have never had an issue & my microwave is 23 years old.

Is it loud or quiet? (People are saying both.)

We don't find it anoying. I think the noise level is soft. It's low enough where I don't even pay attention to it. I would think it's up to the individuals preference about what is loud and what isn't. We love our microwave. Easy to clean, works great, not noisy and appearance is beautiful. Hope this helps.

If you stop cooking and open the door before your programmed time has run out, does it still beep at you? Also, does it have annoying reminder beeps?

No ongoing reminder beeps, just the four beeps at the end of cooking time you set.

Is the inside of the microwave stainless steel

Nope, interior of this oven definitely not stainless - although I gather that the maker sometimes lies and says it is - it’s regular, lightweight sheet steel with a medium-dark-grey enamel coating, painted and maybe also baked on. There are microwave ovens with stainless interiors, but they’re expensive, this sure isn’t one of them. (And if you ever see sheet metal that is coated, not proudly bare, it is a good bet that it is not stainless.)
