difficult to see the up and down temp settings like the size of the barrel temp light flashes but awhile but steady once completely warms fast

While I liked this in the beginning, it's not holding up to what I had hoped over time. The temps above 350 FRIED my hair, so keep the temp low. At 6 months the spring had already loosened to the point of being difficult to keep my hair in it. Now at 1 year the spring broke! It's pretty heavy, so if you have arm mobility issues, this is NOT the curling iron for you. I purchased a separate travel iron because this one is too bulky and heavy to take along. If you purchase this iron, you might as well buy these springs to go with it. You'll need them! At least this iron has replaceable springs. We found a fix.
